This is the type of place people love to tell you about -- the seemingly hidden gem that the average fickle diner overlooks but rewards the adventurous with an unexpectedly good meal.I liked Taco Roc, but it feels like the kind of place where expectations get set artificially low, then when the food isn't completely horrible, it somehow gets put on a pedestal.

Went to lunch with my toddler daughter. Staff was so helpful. Helped carry my tray to the table. They even noticed my daughter really enjoyed olives and brought a small cup of them! Enjoyed my shrimp burrito immensely!

Moe’s Southwest Grill
My hunny and I went there with my parents and it was great. We even went back the next night. The manager was especially accommodating the staff was super friendly and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. While we were there a pretty bad storm rolled through bringing tornado warnings, yet I felt completely safe. Most definitely has become one of our frequent hot spots.

rue authentic Mexican at its best. They also offer soft corn tortillas as an option to the flour ones, and it provides a totally different experience when you're eating. It's good to have options! If you love food that is truly authentic to its culture, this is a great place to go.

Pollo Rey Mexican Restaurant
The Rey Pollo is grilled chicken served over rice and drizzled with a cheese sauce and a side of tortillas. I tried a bite and it was good. Tacos are served with shredded lettuce and cheese, not the traditional onion and cilantro that I have become accustomed to from the places I have explored around Dalton, GA.

We were seated quickly and received our chips n salsa just as fast. It took us 10min to get our drinks and we didn't get to place our order at that time because our waitress was unprepared to take orders. No pen or pad. She got our drinks wrong and we never saw her again.
